8.26.25 – Contract Implementation Update #35: Reporting Sick Now Available in ECS

As of the evening of August 25, 2025, the Electronic Communication System (ECS) now includes the option for Flight Attendants to report sick (CBA 9.B.1). This change rolled out earlier than expected — the original target date was October 2025.

7.24.25 – Contract Implementation Update #32: Hotel/Limo Now Available in ECS

The Electronic Communication System (ECS) was updated to version 2.4 on the evening of July 22, 2025. This update introduces a new feature that allows you to contact Hotel/Limo directly through ECS for accommodation and transportation needs.

7.02.25 – Contract Implementation Update #30: ECS Messaging Cutover

ECS Messaging Cutover – As the rollout of the Electronic Communication System (ECS) continues, all ONE courtesy messages except ETB have transitioned to ECS. As of June 10th, 2025, TTS/UBL transactions and operational notifications transitioned to ECS.
