Today marks a major milestone in our Contract implementation, with several important improvements taking effect today. From wage raises, per diem, sit rig and hotel penalty pay, to new protections and scheduling enhancements, these gains were not automatic
Flight Attendants have consistently called for greater Reserve transparency, and today we’re making a significant advancement. Beginning October 1, a new Standby Callout Report will be available after ROTA runs.
In this update, we will cover: 10.F.2.c and 12.J.1 – New UBL Report (Open Time Distribution and Transferred trips); 10.F.4.b – UBL Auto Runs to 1900
Beginning tomorrow, UBL will begin processing same-day origination trades for the next day up until 1500 HBT. You will be able to trade your sequence for the next day for any other sequence originating on the same day as long as it is the same number of days or greater.
Yesterday, the company announced updates to the Flight Attendant Fatigue Risk Management Plan (FRMP) which will go into effect on October 1, 2025. APFA initiated a Letter of Agreement in 2023 that required the company to meet with the Union to discuss the FRMP

This afternoon APFA was informed of a local telephone equipment issue in the Dallas area. As a result, the FAA is slowing traffic into the DFW and DAL airports. This has the potential to impact inbound and outbound flights at DFW/DAL.

Coverage Needed (CN) is a term applied to any day in a bid month when not enough Flight Attendants bid in PBS to fly on that day. PBS will award as many Flight Attendants as possible to be off on a particular day.
