Yesterday, DOT Secretary Duffy ordered a reduction in flight capacity at 40 major airports beginning tomorrow, with further cuts expected in the coming days if the government shutdown continues.

At approximately 9:00pm ET, American Eagle Flight 5342, operated by PSA Airlines, was reportedly involved in a collision with a helicopter while landing at Washington National Airport. The flight originated from Wichita, Kansas.
